Switch between your businesses inside the app. Each keeps its own sales, stock, customers and books. The number of businesses you can run depends on your plan: Growth covers up to three, Pro is unlimited.
Tag each team member with the branch they work at. Pro adds branch roll‑up reporting, so you can see each shop and the whole group together.
Invite team members with their own login and a role: manager, finance, sales or cashier. Each person sees only what their role allows, and you can see who recorded which sale.

Ask “Who owes me money?” or “What is running low?” and Ask Loon answers from the sales, stock, invoices and bills you have recorded, and shows the records behind the answer. It can prepare a reminder or a reorder for you; nothing is sent until you approve it. The assistant is in development and not yet available to everyone.
Loon is not a bank and does not hold your money. You record cash, M‑Pesa and card sales in the app; Loon does not yet connect to M‑Pesa or your bank to match payments automatically. We are working on account and payment features with licensed financial partners, subject to agreement and approval, and we will say plainly when anything goes live.
